This four-day class provides a thorough introduction to the history and modern practice of craniosacral therapy. Of particular focus is the cultivation of the core perceptual skills necessary to practice this subtle but powerful healing art. Anatomy is another focus of instruction in this class, as students are taken through a tour of the primary structures of the classical craniosacral system and introduced to the fluid matrix of the body. The student learns a technique protocol that serves as both a treatment tool and platform for further learning. The foundation protocol involves interaction with osseous and membranous structures using direct and indirect fluid approaches. We also consider the energetic and emotional loading of relevant anatomical structures. The student leaves class with sufficient tools to begin applying CST in daily professional practice.
